Abiding Faith Lutheran Church

The Abiding Faith congregation is a member of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod, a conservative, Christ-centered, Bible-believing group of Lutherans who first gathered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1850. Today, we have members and ministries in all 50 states and in many other parts of the globe. (Click the WELS cross to the left to view the synod website.)

We worship the Triune God -- Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We accept the entire Bible as the errorless, totally inspired Word of God. We are dedicated to preaching the truth that God has prepared a way to save sinners from eternal damnation by sending his son, Jesus Christ. By His holy life and innocent death on the cross, our sins have been paid for in full. Whoever believes in Jesus as his Savior will inherit everlasting life.

If you are without a church home, we ask you to consider joining us at Abiding Faith. Our church is an energetic group of Christians of all ages eager to spread the Gospel using every God-pleasing means. Ours is a growing church and for this we give all glory to God.

Sunday morning worship is at 10:30 a.m. at 10411 Old Nashville Highway in Smyrna, Tennessee. Sunday School for all ages and Adult Bible Class are held at 9:15 a.m. at the same location.

Bible Information Classes (BIC) for adults desiring to learn more about our beliefs or wanting to become members of the congregation are arranged to suit the convenience of those attending. Confirmation Class for 7th and 8th graders is held on Wednesday evenings from 7:30-8:20 p.m.
